I believe that some of the world's most meaningful problems are solved at the intersection of science, strategy, and people.

My career has been built around helping breakthrough healthcare innovations reach the patients and communities who need them most. Today, I serve as a commercial strategy and growth executive in precision medicine, where I work with leading healthcare organizations to bring genomic technologies into clinical practice, build new markets, and shape the future of diagnostics.

Throughout my career, I've worked across biotechnology, genomics, diagnostics, and digital health—partnering with health systems, life sciences companies, governments, researchers, and advocacy organizations to accelerate innovation. My work spans corporate strategy, commercialization, business development, ecosystem partnerships, and new market creation, with a particular passion for precision medicine and genomic sequencing.

But my work extends well beyond my day job.

I'm equally passionate about building the next generation of leaders in life sciences. As Executive Director of BLOC (Biopharma Leaders of Color), I help grow a nonprofit dedicated to creating access, community, and opportunity across the biopharma ecosystem. Through leadership programming, mentorship, executive engagement, and strategic partnerships, we're working to ensure that the future of healthcare leadership reflects the diversity of the patients we serve.

At the heart of everything I do is a simple belief: leadership is about creating opportunities for others.

Whether I'm launching new healthcare initiatives, advising organizations on growth strategy, speaking with industry leaders, or building communities through BLOC, my goal is the same—to leave the healthcare ecosystem stronger, more connected, and more equitable than I found it.

Outside of work, you'll usually find me traveling, cheering on Formula 1 weekends, exploring great food, spending time with family and friends, or diving into conversations about innovation, leadership, and the future of medicine.
